REGULATIONS FOR DEPOSITS FOR BOOKED SERVICES AT THE MARIA VAN DE ZELL CLINIC

1. General provisions
1.1. These regulations define the rules for collecting deposits for services provided by the Maria Van De Zell Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”).
1.2. A deposit is required when booking an appointment for services offered by the Clinic.
1.3. By making a deposit payment, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions set out in these regulations.
2. Deposit amount
2.1. The deposit amount for services provided by the Clinic is 20%
2.2. The deposit may cover medical, cosmetic and other specialist services offered by the Clinic.
3. Deposit payment methods
3.1. The deposit for the services provided by the Clinic can be paid in person at the Clinic’s office in Sopot, Aleja Niepodległości 761, during the Clinic’s opening hours, in the form of:
• cash,
• payment card.
3.2. After paying the deposit, the Customer receives a receipt and/or payment confirmation.
3.3. The deposit can also be paid by bank transfer to the following details:

4. Deposit refund policy
4.1. The deposit is non-refundable in its entirety if the Client fails to inform the Clinic of his/her absence in the manner specified in § 4.3.
4.2. The deposit is compensation for the reserved time, which cannot be used by other clients unless the visit is canceled in advance.
4.3. The Client is obliged to inform the Clinic of his/her absence no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service, by telephone or text message to the Clinic’s telephone number: 795-761-761.
4.4. If the visit is not cancelled or the guest is notified of absence after the booking deadline, the deposit is non-refundable.
5. Changing the date or transferring the deposit
5.1. The clinic agrees to transfer the deposit to another person or to another date, provided that the client notifies the clinic no later than 7 days before the planned visit.
5.2. The deposit may be transferred to another person (e.g. family member, friend) or to another service date, while maintaining the deposit amount.
6. Confirmation of the reservation date
6.1. The deposit paid serves as confirmation of the reservation of an appointment at the Clinic.
6.2. After making the deposit payment, the Customer will receive confirmation of the reservation in written or electronic form.
7. Final provisions
7.1. The clinic reserves the right to collect deposits for other services depending on organizational needs and the specific nature of the services provided.
7.2. Any changes to these regulations must be made in writing or in another form agreed upon by the parties.
7.3. In the event of any disputes relating to the deposit, the parties undertake to resolve them amicably, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement, to submit the matter to the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Clinic.
