Medical (chemical) peeling is an ideal treatment for people who want to reduce the visibility of wrinkles, scars, blackheads or stretch marks. It will also work great as a way to renew and even out skin tone with post-inflammatory discoloration or sun damage.

Chemical peeling should not be used by people who: 

  • have skin allergies or active cold sores;
  • suffer from autoimmune diseases such as collagenosis or pemphigus;
  • use oral therapy with vitamin A derivatives (a minimum 6-month break in supplementation is necessary before the procedure); 
  • struggle with severe forms of acne that require pharmacological therapy;
  • have broken or irritated skin; 
  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • have fresh scars on the face (at least 2 months have passed since the procedure);
  • tendency to scar formation; 

The treatment consists in preparing a preparation adapted to the condition and type of skin as well as the patient's expectations.
